During pregnancy, your bodies will go through many changes, which create stress mentally and physically. Yoga can help women get through their pregnancy with minimal discomfort.
Research has found that by practicing prenatal yoga decreases risk of prenatal depression, improves sleep, decreases backpain and nausea. And by facilitating deep breathing and building strength and stamina, yoga can help prepare for labor.
Come breathe and stretch your body, build up a sweat as you strengthen your body! Previous yoga experience is not necessary.
