For over 25 years Sandra has been enamored with the process that is yoga. In 2003 she took her first teacher training, followed a few years later by immersion teacher training at the renowned Kripalu Center and most recently Yin yoga training with Bernie Clark in 2013. She feels yoga has allowed her to become stronger, more resilient, free and flexible, on and off the mat. Her goal is to entice others to find the same in themselves by nurturing their bodies, minds and hearts.
Yoga is about interconnections. We look inside ourselves with compassionate attention to the physical, emotional, psychological and the divine breath that weaves it all together. Staying present to these aspects of ourselves allows us to heal, grow and thrive.
